Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
SoPosters provides customers with a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day the goods are received. To exercise this right, customers must notify SoPosters' customer support before the withdrawal period expires, providing their name, address, and relevant information such as order reference, invoice number, and product name.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the goods after receipt and during return transit.

If the customer chooses not to use the aforementioned notification method, they may follow the return instructions in the Questions & Answers section or use the standard withdrawal form provided by the National Board for Consumer Policies or an equivalent authority in their respective country. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date SoPosters was notified of the withdrawal.

Returned goods must be in the same condition as when delivered, including SoPosters' original packaging and any accessories.

The customer assumes the transportation risk during returns. SoPosters is not liable for any damage to or loss of returned goods during transportation. It is strongly recommended to follow our instructions to return the goods in their original packaging, as it is designed to minimize transportation damage risks.

Refund of Returns
Upon receiving and approving the returned goods, SoPosters will process the refund without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Refunds for invoice payments are made to the specified personal account, while card payment refunds are returned to the card (i.e., the account linked to the card) used for the purchase.

To verify that the goods match the order, customers may handle and inspect the goods as they would in a physical store. If the goods have been handled beyond this, the customer may be charged for the reduction in value. SoPosters applies a full reduction in value (i.e., the full value of the goods) if returned goods are not in a condition to be resold as new.

Once you have contacted us we will send you a return label and the costs for this will be deducted from the orignal purchase value.
