Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, prices, billing, and shipping address.
If there are any errors in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately via email at soposters.com.
Delivery
Our standard delivery times in Europe are 7–14 days. Note: Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
If delivery delays occur (without prior notification of a longer delivery time), please contact us via email at info@soposters.com.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in local currencies and include VAT in your country.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misposters in price lists, incorrect pricing due to misinformation, and to make price corrections as needed.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer are entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day you receive the item(s) you ordered.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
- You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to soposters.com. The notification must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to.
- You should return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, delivery costs, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the items should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product's reduction in value from the refund if the product is used or damaged.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products that are audio or video recordings sealed for delivery, where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products tailored specifically to you or with a clearly personalized design.
- Services completed with your explicit consent that started without the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and Issues
We inspect all products before shipping them to you. Should a product be defective or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake to rectify the issue free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints should be submitted immediately upon discovering the defect.
How to File a Complaint
- Any faults or defects should be reported to soposters.com, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
- If we are unable to rectify the issue or deliver a similar product, we will refund the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product proves not to be defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of disputes, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We accept no responsibility for indirect damages arising from the product.
We are not liable for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Examples include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
Furthermore, we accept no liability for changes to products/product features made by suppliers or other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for typographical errors on the website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as color variations may occur depending on your screen, photo quality, and resolution. We strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

- Shipping Companies: Data is shared with the shipping company to fulfill the agreement and deliver your orders. Shipping companies include Postnord.

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
