How long is the return period?
When you shop at SoPosters, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. For a return to be approved, the product must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
How do I make a return?
How much does it cost to return an item?
There is no return handling fee at SoPosters, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The original delivery charge (SEK 39) is not refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are normally processed within 2–3 working days, although it may take a few additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
My product was damaged in transit – what should I do?
If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Send photographs of both the product and the packaging within seven days of receiving or collecting the parcel. Email the photographs together with your order number to info@soposters.com and we will help you.
Can I return a made-to-order product?
Products made to order or customised according to the customer’s wishes are normally excluded from the right of withdrawal under distance-selling legislation. If you are unsure what applies to your order, please contact us.
